Attributed to Maria Martinez (Hopi-Tewa, 1887-1980) and Julian Martinez San Ildefonso and Santa Clara blackware pottery jar with a vertical feather band decoration along the wide shoulder tapering to a spreading lip. The base bears the signature Maria + Julian, circa 1935. Provenance: Collection of Judith Balderson, MN.
