Embroidered silk banner on blue fabric of the Pennsylvania state coat of arms, c. 19th century. The scene features two horses flanking the coat of arms with an eagle perched above. Two American Flags with 13 stars further decorate the banner.
Dimensions: Sight; height: 19 in x width: 27 in. Framed; height: 26 in x width: 33 1/2 in.
Condition: Good condition, tear along the upper quadrant.
