Illinois pocket watch with 18K gold engraved Hunter Case. The white porcelain dial is marked “Illinois” and has one subsidiary dial. The interior of the case is marked “18” and a crown, indicating 18K gold, and is further marked “14198.” The interior of the rear case bears the same markings. Monogrammed “Dorothea Lindberg, Chicago.” The innermost part is marked “Illinois Watch Co. Springfield, Ill,” “552177,” and “Patent Pinion.” Watch functions.
