Frank Talbert (American, 20th c). Cast aluminum abstract sculpture titled “Skywave.” Signed along the lower edge of the sculpture. With a wood and aluminum base. Talbert lived and worked around Taos, New Mexico in the 1970s, creating several works in this style.
