Suitcase armchair designed and built by John Christakos (American, 20th c.), one of the three founders of Blu Dot furniture. One of a kind prototype chair composed of four brown Samsonite suitcases. With two labels affixed along the top with the name Emil R. Nelson of St. Paul, Minnesota. All suitcases can be opened and closed for storage. Height: 29 in x width: 39 in x depth: 32 in.
